Military NPCs
Amber's Army and Navy are fortunate in having a large pool of non-player characters to draw on. Benedict, when on, is usually available to play NPCs for training scenes, colour, or message-taking. In addition, anyone may feel free to NPC soldiers and officers for those purposes. Any plots that directly involve the Military or military NPCs should be run past the appropriate propco first.
